Job summary

Hussmann is seeking a skilled Installation Project Lead to manage commercial refrigeration installation sites nationwide. You will coordinate teams, read blueprints, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or 10 years of related experience or equivalent.
• HVAC/R with minimum 5 years commercial experience.
• EPA 608 certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned site installation projects and report progress to Installation Supervisor/Project Manager.
• Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities based on priority and resources.
• Communicate with owners, contractors, and trades to coordinate work.
• Ensure compliance with contracting processes and closeout procedures.
• Monitor forecasted costs by reviewing hours and material costs.
• Coordinate on-site installation or remodel work, including supervision of installers.
• Read and interpret blueprints and plans related to energy management and refrigerant systems.
• Read, analyze, and interpret contract documents and technical manuals.
• Lead safety training and maintain a professional team environment.
• Manage multiple priorities with minimal guidance.
