Job summary

Hussmann is seeking an Installation Supervisor/Technician to oversee site installation projects, manage crews, and ensure safe, quality service. The role involves coordinating schedules, materials, and labor, while maintaining customer satisfaction and cost control.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or 5+ years of related experience, with a Technical Degree preferred. Travel nights/weekends may be required, and a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Formal Education Requirement: High School OR Ten years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred level: Technical Degree
• Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: 5 year of exp with HS/GED

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned site branch Installation project and report progress to Installation Supervisor/Project Manager.
• Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities based on priority and personnel skill.
• Communicate with customers and representatives including owners, contractors, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with internal contracting processes and closeout procedures.
• Maintain forecasted cost at completion by reviewing hours and material costs.
• Coordinate on-site installation or remodel with Installers and Helpers and provide supervision.
