Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to repair, maintain, and support industrial refrigeration equipment across North America.

The role involves traveling on a 10-day tour schedule, typically 50–60 hours per week, with a compensation rate of $30–$60 per hour based on experience. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, EPA Universal certification (or ability to obtain), and HVAC schooling is preferred.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of commercial & industrial refrigeration and electrical controls.
• Able to repair and service ammonia and Freon refrigeration equipment.
• Must maintain safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance support for industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Perform routine and emergency service on ammonia and Freon systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls and alarm systems on central ammonia systems.
• Adhere to all safety policies and governing requirements.
