Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Service Technician to repair, maintain, and support industrial refrigeration equipment for food & beverage, cold storage, and pharmaceutical customers across North America.

The role requires working knowledge of commercial and industrial refrigeration and electrical controls, with a 10-day tour schedule (50–60 hours/week) and travel between job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ of relevant experience (supermarket/rack/industrial refrigeration).
• Knowledge of controls and electric (high and low voltage).
• Universal EPA certification (RETA 1&2 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Refrigeration repair and maintenance support to industrial accounts.
• Perform routine and emergency service on ammonia and Freon refrigeration equipment.
• Inspect and maintain screw and reciprocating compressors and control/alarm systems.
