Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a traveling Service Technician to repair, maintain, and support industrial refrigeration equipment across North America. A working knowledge of commercial refrigeration and electrical controls is required.

The role follows a 10-day tour schedule, typically 50–60 hours per week, with pay of $30–$60 per hour depending on experience. A safety-focused environment includes pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC school preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification required; RETA 1&2 preferred.
• Travel nationwide on a 10 days on, 4 days off tour schedule.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance support for industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Perform routine and emergency service on ammonia and Freon systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls and monitor safety systems.
• Adhere to safety policies and governing requirements.
• Work with high and low voltage controls.
