Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, and service large industrial equipment across multiple sites in Pennsylvania. You’ll work with washers, boilers, conveyors, and pneumatic systems, following blueprints and safety procedures.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with trade tools, welding (MIG/TIG/ARC), and a solid understanding of lockout/tagout and confined spaces.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
6 months' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in production environments.
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Lockout/Tagout experience preferred.
Welding experience including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, and brazing.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial equipment per blueprints and manuals.
Perform Lockout/Tagout and Confined Space procedures as required.
Travel to multiple company locations to service equipment and provide maintenance information to partners.
Welding and installation of machinery and component systems as specified.
Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
