Job summary

Dubak Electrical Group is seeking an experienced Traveling Electrical Superintendent to oversee industrial electrical construction projects on-site across multiple locations in the United States. You will direct field crews, manage safety, schedule, and budget, and serve as the primary on-site liaison with clients and project partners.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive NEC knowledge, ability to travel at least 75% of the time, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in industrial electrical environments.
• 5+ years as an Industrial Electrical Superintendent or similar leadership role.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, coordinates, and directs all field construction activities in alignment with project documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Establishes execution plans, manpower loading, and performance goals to optimize labor and resources.
• Ensures safety compliance with OSHA and company policies; conducts safety huddles and audits.
• Maintains safety for all personnel on assigned projects.
• Coordinates installation methods between disciplines to prevent interference and rework.
• Provides technical leadership to foremen and field teams on drawings, constructability, and field issues.
• Monitors progress, productivity, and quality; takes corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Oversees project close-out activities and turnover to the client.
