Job summary

CrossConnect Talent LLC seeks Electrical Superintendents to direct field operations on multiple projects across the United States. You will be the primary supervisor for electrical and instrumentation construction activities, ensure safety, productivity, and timely project completion, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors.

The role requires travel to sites nationwide, strong leadership in safety, and proven experience in heavy industrial or oil/gas electrical projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management or craft supervision experience on electrical projects.
• Experience in heavy industrial or oil/gas environments.
• Willingness to travel to sites across the continental US.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Own the successful execution of the project's electrical scope.
• Manage overall construction effort focusing on safety, productivity, materials, scheduling, and contractual performance.
• Develop and implement project procedures and standards with project management.
• Champion site-wide safety and verify safety documentation.
• Oversee electrical andInstrumentation installation, calibration, tests, and punch lists.
• Direct subcontractors to maintain schedule and contractual obligations.
• Track progress via installed quantities and work hours.
• Develop 3-week lookaheads to identify concerns and optimize workflow.
• Maintain daily field reports and progress photos, create marked-up drawings, respond to RFIs.
• Build relationships with clients, A/E reps, and subcontractors.
