Job summary

Thompson Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a Crew Leader / Foreman to guide two or more field crews, plan and supervise daily operations, and ensure safe, efficient hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.

You will uphold health and safety policies, document work activities, train technicians, and maintain strong customer relations while supporting continuous improvement and career growth within the safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years verifiable service in industrial cleaning.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge in operation of hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment.
• Must wear protective clothing and safety gear.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the #1 goal by following policies and procedures.
• Promote HPC-Industrial safety, environmental and operations policies.
• Manage a crew to safety and accurately complete HPC-Industrial operations.
• Timely and accurate completion and review of paperwork documenting work.
• Train and develop equipment technicians and interact professionally with customers.
• Perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
