Job summary

F6 Data Solutions seeks skilled Field Service Technicians to support startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of large cooling systems in hyperscale data centers across the United States. The role requires diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, reading schematics, and traveling up to 100% of the time.

Pay ranges from $37 to $50 per hour, with travel costs covered and per diem provided. Candidates should have 3–7 years in HVAC/mechanical systems and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years' experience working with HVAC, mechanical systems, or industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and piping diagrams.
• Familiarity with electrical schematics and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Support startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mission-critical cooling systems in hyperscale data centers.
• Perform troubleshooting tasks with minimal supervision and assist senior technicians during complex startup activities.
• Verify equipment installation and piping connections and document field observations.
• Maintain organized documentation and equipment records and communicate findings using Teams.
