F6 Data Solutions in Wisconsin is seeking Field Service Technicians to support startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mission-critical cooling systems for hyperscale data centers across the United States.

This hands‑on role requires 3–7 years of HVAC/mechanical experience, strong troubleshooting skills, ability to read mechanical drawings, and willingness to fly to work regions. Travel up to 100% is required; travel costs are covered and per diem provided. Pay is $37–$50 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years' experience working with HVAC, mechanical systems, or industrial equipment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Experience working with hydronic systems preferred
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and piping diagrams
• Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
• Familiarity with electrical schematics and control systems
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable transportation required for local travel when applicable; willing to fly to work regions

Responsabilités

• Support startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mission-critical cooling systems in hyperscale data centers
• Perform troubleshooting tasks with minimal supervision and assist senior technicians during complex startup activities
• Assist with equipment startup and commissioning for CRAH, IRHX, and DAHU
• Verify installation and piping connections
• Identify system performance issues
• Maintain clear documentation of equipment conditions and system performance during startup activities
• Communicate effectively using Microsoft Teams
