Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group in Provo, UT is seeking a Task Force Operations Manager who travels to hotel locations to provide hands-on support for Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering. The role oversees day-to-day department operations, leads teams to deliver guest satisfaction, and collaborates with hotel leadership to resolve issues and implement improvements.

A Bachelor's degree and at least three years in hotel management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in hotel management.
• Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience in hotel management.
• Hilton or Marriott brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Travels to assigned hotels to temporarily manage and oversee the assigned department.
• Oversees the day-to-day operations of a designated department and leads the team to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Collaborates with hotel leadership to resolve operational challenges and provides recommendations for long-term improvements.
• Maintains consistent communication with hotel leadership to report on departmental progress, concerns, and accomplishments.
