Compassus is seeking a Traveling Registered Nurse to support multiple home care programs across assignments typically lasting 8–13 weeks. You will provide routine and emergency assessments, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comfort and quality of life.

The role requires nursing licensure, willingness to travel, and flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed within home health and hospice settings.

Qualifikationen

• Associate or Bachelor\'s degree in Nursing is required.
• Home Health, hospice, oncology, and/or long-term care experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of nursing practice or equivalent experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Travel to assigned programs for 8–13 week assignments.
• Admit patients and perform routine and emergency assessments.
• May act as preceptor to onboard and train new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and be available for visits during the work day.
• Coordinate care across PT, OT, MSW, and HHA per Plan of Care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care, disease, symptoms, and IV therapy.
