Job summary

St. Croix Hospice seeks a Clinical Leadership Trainer to develop and maintain a comprehensive training program for clinical leaders. The role travels to branch locations and works with leaders to ensure all training needs are met, supporting Iowa, Indiana, and Illinois.

The position requires RN licensure, nursing degree, and strong coaching and regulatory knowledge to drive leadership development and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in applicable state(s).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Associate degree required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to branch locations to train clinical leaders.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the clinical leadership training program.
• Meet weekly with new clinical leaders to assess progress.
• Collaborate with regional leadership on performance improvements.
• Ensure training aligns with CHAP and Medicare requirements.
