Job summary

St. Croix Hospice seeks a Manager of Clinical Services to lead the local branch, overseeing the clinical care team in delivering compassionate hospice services to patients at home.

The role requires an experienced RN who will hire, supervise, and mentor staff while ensuring high-quality patient care and compliant record-keeping. As a leader, you will drive culture, manage operations, and coordinate with regional leadership to align care plans, monitor outcomes, and support organizational growth

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in state(s) of practice.
• Multistate license allows practice in other states with primary state RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Ability to pass background, consumer report and drug test.
• Valid State Driver’s License and reliable automobile required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical care team and branch operations to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Review and evaluate patient cases, guiding clinicians to deliver quality hospice services.
• Be available during operating hours to assist clinicians as needed.
• Lead staff hiring, orientation, evaluations, and performance improvement activities.
• Maintain patient clinical records in compliance with laws and organizational policies.
• Support budget management and resource planning for supplies and equipment.
