Job summary

St. Croix Hospice in Mequon, WI is seeking a Manager of Clinical Services to lead our clinical team in delivering compassionate, patient-centered hospice care.

As RN leader, you will mentor clinicians, coordinate care, conduct case reviews, and shape care plans while ensuring quality and compliance. This full-time role includes on-call responsibilities and a strong commitment to dignity and comfort at the end of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters).
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• 2+ years of hospice or home health clinical experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Oversee coordination of patient care and assign appropriate staff to each case.
• Support clinicians with real-time guidance, mentoring, and clinical problem-solving.
• Conduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits to ensure high-quality care.
• Manage hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of clinical staff.
• Assist in ongoing staff education, orientation, and performance improvement efforts.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities
