Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a dedicated Manager of Clinical Services in North Branch, MN. The role leads a clinical team to deliver patient-centered hospice care with compassion and excellence.

The position requires an RN license in the state of practice, 2+ years hospice or home health experience, and 2+ years of supervisory responsibility. Monday–Friday, with on-call responsibilities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice required.
• 2+ years hospice or home health clinical experience required.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience required.
• Oversee coordination of patient care and assign appropriate staff to each case.
• Support clinicians with guidance, mentoring and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of patient care and assign appropriate staff to each case.
• Mentor and supervise clinical staff to ensure quality care.
• Conduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits.
• Manage hiring, training, supervision and evaluation of clinical staff.
• Support ongoing staff education and performance improvement.
