U.S. Renal Care seeks a Home Therapy Registered Nurse - Traveler to travel across the U.S. Renal Care locations, providing patient training and ongoing support for home dialysis modalities. The role includes nursing relief for assigned programs and emphasis on patient education.

The position requires an active RN license in multiple states, travel willingness (including Guam), and strong communication skills. CPR certification and computer proficiency with USRC systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in multiple states and obligation to maintain licenses as required.
• 12+ months nursing experience; 6+ months in home modality.
• Willingness to travel across the U.S. and Guam.
• CPR certification required prior to patient care assignment.
• Proficient English communication, both written and spoken.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days.
• Meet state practice act requirements and background checks as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Renal Care locations to train patients on home dialysis.
• Provide nursing relief and support for assigned programs.
• Perform home visits and patient education as needed.
• Document nursing services in the Electronic Medical Record.
• Coordinate home evaluation with technical services to ensure equipment readiness.
• Maintain infection control monitoring and emergency preparedness.
