Job summary

PACK Power LLC is seeking personnel for labor-intensive roles on construction sites supporting High and Medium Voltage projects. Responsibilities include assisting craft workers, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and aiding in electrical installation on substations and related structures.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and up to 12 months in construction. Opportunities for nationwide assignments and per diem accompany base compensation.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and 0–12 months of construction experience.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Basic electrical understanding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Complete required safety documentation.
• Assist with coordinating equipment and loads on site.
• Level earth to grade specifications with hand tools.
• Finish concrete surfaces using float, trowel, or screed.
• Assist with installation of conduit and wiring on substations.
• Perform general on-site labor and cleanup as assigned.
