Job summary

PACK Power LLC in Edgerton, KS seeks a Construction Manager to lead nationwide mission-critical infrastructure projects from mobilization to completion, ensuring safety, schedule, cost, and quality. This onsite role requires travel; a daily per diem, company vehicle, and fuel card are provided.

You will coordinate with PMs, subs, vendors, and clients to drive successful execution and adherence to PACK Power standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive construction experience in mission-critical environments.
• Experience leading construction teams and managing field operations.
• Proven scheduling, cost management, estimating, and project execution.
• Experience client-facing with subcontractors, vendors, and PM teams.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality standards, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of construction activities within the Scope of Work.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage construction from mobilization through completion.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate with PMs, foremen, subs, vendors, and clients for project success.
• Monitor performance metrics and manage resources for profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop field personnel; enforce PACK Power standards.
