Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 3 for a nationwide travel assignment in the National Healthcare Division. This role plans, manages and executes all aspects of assigned projects with moderate complexity, leading teams, coordinating safety, schedule and budgets across multiple sites.

You will mentor staff, manage subcontractors, develop work plans, attend progress and OAC meetings and ensure quality and on-time project delivery while upholding JE Dunn’s values and operational

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of construction experience.
• 5+ years of field supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff to maintain injury‑free environments.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow across sites.
• Develops work plans, schedules and coordinates progress through meetings.
• Oversees budgeting, cost reporting and project closeouts.
• Coordinates with owners, design teams and authorities to ensure compliance.
