Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies seeks an experienced Superintendent with 5–15+ years of healthcare project leadership. You will manage field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and drive projects from preplanning through completion while traveling nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5-25+ years of construction experience, including lead superintendent on healthcare projects.
• Willing to travel nationally.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and scheduling programs.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Ability to meet physical demands (standing/walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meeting for project details and preplanning.
• Assist in preparing project schedule, organization structure, and manpower needs.
• Direct total construction activities to meet specs and schedule while maximizing profit.
• Coordinate subcontractors and align with schedules and progress.
• Inform supervisors and subs of schedule changes promptly.
• Assist in preparing progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs.
