i3 Verticals, LLC is seeking a Hardware Technician to address and troubleshoot hardware issues in a fast-paced field environment. This hands-on role involves regular client interaction, independent work, and little supervision as you diagnose, repair, or replace faulty components.

Travel is required across TN, VA, KY, NC, SC, AR and IN, with responsibility for installing systems, performing software setup, maintaining logs, and managing field inventory.

Qualificações

• Overnight travel is required.
• Knowledge in computer hardware, software installation and basic Windows/Linux.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Ability to setup/build computer systems and peripherals and diagnose/repair components.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• A+ certification is desired but not required.

The Hardware Technician will be required to address and troubleshoot hardware issues that arise. This is a hands-on role with regular interaction with clients and little supervision involved, so we are looking for an individual who is motivated, independent, and enjoys using their technical prowess.

This position does require regular travel throughout TN, VA, KY, NC, SC, AR and IN.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver install, and set up computer systems, including software installation and network cabling
• Analyze diagnose, computer/equipment problems, and repair or replace
• Keeping track of assigned inventory
• Keeping daily logs of activities, mileage and expenses incurred while working in the field

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):

• Overnight travel is required
• Acquired knowledge/education/experience/expertise of computer hardware and repair, software installation and basic knowledge/experience in Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Ability to setup/build computer systems and peripherals. Ability to diagnose and repair, or replace, equipment and parts.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks assigned in an efficient and timely manner.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Good customer service and communications skills.
• A+ certification is desired, but not required
