Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis (MD&A) in St. Louis, MO seeks an experienced Generator Specialist to lead field and shop teams in inspection, repair, testing, rewinding, and maintenance of large rotating electrical equipment used in power generation.

Travel across the United States and internationally is expected; the role offers opportunities for career growth, customer interface, and mentorship of technicians through detailed technical reports and guidance.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience with generator or rotating electrical equipment repair.
• Leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States and internationally.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead field and shop teams on generator repair projects.
• Perform inspection, testing, troubleshooting, rewinding, repair, and reassembly activities.
• Serve as primary customer interface during projects.
• Develop detailed technical reports after project completion.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians and winders.
• Identify additional repair opportunities and support customer solutions.
