TelCom Construction, LLC. is seeking an Equipment Foreman to lead telecom construction crews, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet safety standards.

You'll operate and maintain heavy equipment, manage DOT paperwork, and coach crew members while coordinating with the supervisor on day-to-day activities and training. This role requires at least three years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• At least three years of related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.

Responsabilités

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.
