Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman to lead telecom construction crews, safely operate and supervise heavy equipment, and ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining a productive, injury‑free worksite. You will coordinate with supervisors and crews, monitor material usage, and report progress daily.

This role requires you to enforce safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations, complete DOT paperwork, and train crew members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Previous foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes and DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.

What you’ll do

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older

• Authorization to work in the United States for this company

• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred

• At least three years of related experience

• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely : work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds

• Occasionally : use ladder, keyboard and mouse

The wage range for Traveling Foreman TelCom Construction is $28.00 - $38.00.
