TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman to lead crews on our Telecom Construction projects. You will oversee equipment, manage materials, and ensure safety and productivity on site.

The role requires at least three years of related experience and a valid driver’s license; Foreman experience preferred. This position offers ongoing training and opportunities to advance within a safety-first company.

Qualifications

The wage range for Traveling Foreman TelCom Construction is $28.00 - $38.00.

What You'll Do

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed
• Oversee and help with training of crew members
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• All other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver's license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
