Job summary

Rentokil is seeking a Food Safety Specialist to support hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients in upholding brand standards and delivering friendly, customer-focused service that enhances the guest experience.

The role involves conducting audits, observing food safety practices, coaching clients, and traveling 50–70% (8–10 days per month) with some evenings and weekends. A CP-FS certification and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Requires CP-FS certification (ServSafe CP-FS a plus).
• Willingness to travel 50-70% (8–10 days/month).
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Experience in audits/inspections preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and inspections against regulatory, industry, and client standards.
• Observe food safety, health, and sanitation practices in food prep/cooking.
• Partner with clients to address root causes and develop corrective actions.
• Train and coach clients to maintain a safe, healthy workplace for staff and customers.
• Travel 50–70%, including some evenings and weekends.
