Job summary

You will conduct audits, implement safety programs, and train staff to ensure top-quality food safety across sites. The role requires strong knowledge of food safety, CP-FS/ServSafe certification, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel 50-70% with some evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• CP-FS certification is required or preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Experience conducting audits/inspections
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Willingness to travel 50-70% and work some evenings/weekends

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure client compliance with regulatory, industry, and brand standards
• Implement and monitor food safety programs across client sites
• Train and educate client staff on safety practices
• Investigate food safety incidents and develop corrective action plans
• Maintain documentation and records with accuracy
