Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Food Safety Specialist to support hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients in upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires conducting audits, ensuring safe food handling, and collaborating with clients to implement corrective actions while traveling 50–70% of the time. A CP-FS certification and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must meet CP-FS certification requirements.
• Valid driver’s license from resident state.
• Strong listening, organization, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance with regulations and brand standards.
• Observe food handling to ensure safety, sanitation, and quality.
• Provide coaching to clients to address root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation and records of inspections and outcomes.
• Travel 50–70% (8–10 days/month), including some evenings and weekends.
