Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group in the Chicago area operates the United Airlines Lounges, and as Floating Sous Chef you will travel to and support the SFO, DEN, EWR, IAD, and ORD lounges. You will supervise and assist in the preparation and cooking of diverse items, develop daily menus, and work with the Local Executive Chef to refine orders and presentations.

You will supervise hourly associates, contribute to menu development, and partner with the culinary team to deliver high-quality catering

Qualifications

• AS or equivalent experience in culinary arts or related field.
• Progressive culinary or kitchen management experience.
• Catering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef with cost controls and expenditures.
• Assist in planning and creating menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
• Produce and execute catering events.
• Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with company marketing and culinary team.
