Job summary

Responsibilities

Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions in moments that matter.
Educate customers through digital demos and identify self-service opportunities.
Engage in lobby management and greet customers.
Balance and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Resolve escalated account service issues and log complaints.
Transition sales opportunities to banking partners.
Perform branch operations tasks (cash ordering, vault, wire transfers).
Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
Complete AML/KYC related activities and comply with policy controls.
Promote M&T Bank brand and maintain internal controls.
