Job summary

• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
• Resolve escalated account services issues and log complaints properly.
• Introduce customers to appropriate banking partners for sales opportunities.
• Perform branch operations such as cash handling, vault, ATM, and wire transfers.
• Maintain customer account information and complete AML/KYC activities.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls and support a strong brand image.
