Qualifications

• Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing.
• Strong organizational skills for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident care.
• Excellent communication skills in clinical settings.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• The RN develops and implements appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
• The RN demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• RN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
