Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join our compassionate team. The role involves traveling to multiple Benedictine facilities within the upper Midwest region to provide high-quality nursing care to residents.

You will develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with teams to ensure continuity of care. A current RN license, strong organization, and excellent communication in English are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN licensure in good standing.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• RN (Float) travels to provide care within a designated Benedictine region as needed.
