Benedictine is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join its compassionate care team. The role requires travel to multiple Benedictine facilities within the upper Midwest region, delivering direct nursing care to residents under a flexible, casual schedule.

Candidates must hold RN licensure, demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing.
• Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• The RN develops and implements appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
• The RN demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• RN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
