Great Basin Industrial seeks experienced Field Welders to join our traveling construction team. This role requires welding on tanks, structural steel, piping and industrial components at project sites across the United States.

Expect travel, extended schedules, and a strong emphasis on safety and quality workmanship. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field welding experience, reads blueprints, and can pass required weld tests and screenings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of field welding experience in industrial construction or storage tank projects.
• Ability to pass welding tests and certifications for assigned projects.
• Strong safety and quality workmanship mindset.

Responsabilités

• Perform SMAW, FCAW, GMAW and other welding processes per project specs.
• Weld structural steel, tanks, piping and metal components per drawings and procedures.
• Read blueprints and interpret welding symbols and fabrication details.
• Prepare materials: clean, fit, grind and align components for welding.
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and safety standards and conform to procedures.
