Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) seeks an experienced travel welder with proven above-ground storage tank construction experience for nationwide projects. This role requires the ability to travel and work on site at customer sites across the country.

Candidates should have strong welding skills (7018/7024/6010 SMAW, FCAW) and the discipline to follow safety processes, read detailed drawings, and work as part of a crew on tank fabrication and repair jobs.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; eligible to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication and organization; able to work safely.
• Willing to submit to background checks and drug testing; valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Perform arc and torch cutting and gouging.
• Operate generators, compressors, tuggers, grinders and other power tools.
• Weld tanks using 7018/7024/6010 SMAW, FCAW, and submerged arc processes.
• Move equipment with come-alongs, jacks, hoists, and other lift gear.
• Read erection and fabrication drawings and plan welding sequence.
• Follow safety protocols including job safety analyses.
