Job summary

CEIA USA is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair security screening equipment, including metal and weapon detectors. The role requires travel to high-traffic sites, strong problem-solving, and precise documentation to ensure safe operation.

You will perform preventive maintenance, test systems, and collaborate with engineers to resolve technical issues, while supporting customers across North America.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or apprenticeship in a technical or military field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• 3–5 years of proven experience in electrical/electronic and mechanical fields.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical/electronic equipment.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance as required.
• Test and verify the functionality of installed equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer support with thorough documentation.
