Job summary

CEIA USA is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair metal and weapon detection systems at high-traffic sites. You will perform routine maintenance, test equipment, and diagnose issues while delivering exceptional customer support and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or apprenticeship program or equivalent in a technical or military field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in electrical/electronic and mechanical fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical/electronic equipment.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance as required.
• Test and verify the functionality of installed equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer support with thorough documentation.
