Job summary

Canon Business Process Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Support Representative to join a temporary in-house talent pool. The role covers mail, packages, copying, reception and various admin duties across assigned sites.

The FSR will travel to client locations within the region (up to 75%) and must have reliable transportation or a clean driving record; travel expenses are reimbursed. Strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in mailroom or professional office environment preferred.
• Ability to perform routine office tasks under general direction.
• Basic knowledge of metering, logging and shipping procedures.
• Proficient with standard office equipment (fax, scanner, copier).

Responsibilities

• Provide total customer satisfaction through understanding expectations and proactive problem resolution.
• Receive, sort, and deliver mail and packages; manage outgoing mail and shipments.
• Organize and distribute supplies; monitor inventory and keep the work area neat.
• Operate fax, copying and scanning devices; maintain logs and reports as needed.
• Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks and site-specific requests.
