Canon Business Process Services seeks a Field Support Representative to join a temporary in-house talent pool. The role covers mail, copy, reception, and other duties, with heavy travel (up to 75%). You may visit client sites regionally, requiring reliable transit or a personal vehicle, with travel expenses reimbursed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a mailroom or professional office environment.
• Able to perform routine tasks with general direction.
• Capable of heavy travel and transporting items as needed.
• Excellent customer service, professional attitude and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provides total customer satisfaction by understanding expectations and resolving issues.
• Receive, sort, and deliver mail and packages, log items, and dispatch shipments.
• Wrap, weigh, post, and prepare outgoing mail according to regulations.
• Assist with supplies, copying, faxing, and light administrative duties.
• Set up and maintain client kitchens/conference rooms and provide reception support.
