TelCom Construction, LLC. is seeking a Traveling Field Supervisor to oversee daily project operations, coordinate Foremen and crews, and ensure on-time job completion.

This role emphasizes strong communication, organizing materials and labor, and maintaining safety standards while supporting multiple project sites. The position requires prior utility construction crew leadership, US work authorization, and solid computer skills including Excel; a Class A CDL is a plus and local travel is

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience
• Experience with telecommunication MSA contracts preferred
• Good computer skills including Excel
• Experience with Google applications a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Class A CDL license is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• DOT medical card or ability to pass a DOT physical

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations on assigned projects
• Ensure timely completion of jobs
• Provide communication and leadership to Foremen and crews
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor
• Verify locates, materials, and billings
• Provide all required job reporting
• Complete as-builts and redlines
• Participate in safety, maintenance, production and personnel initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
