Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Traveling Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day project operations in telecom construction. You will lead foremen and crews, coordinate material, equipment, and labor, and ensure timely project completion with thorough reporting and safety emphasis.

Eligible candidates are 18+, authorized to work in the United States, with utility construction crew leadership experience. A Class A CDL is a plus and DOT medical card is required for travel.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership of utility construction crews.
• Strong communication and reporting skills required.
• Proficient with Excel and database software; Google apps a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of projects.
• Ensure job completion of assigned projects.
• Provide leadership to foremen and crews.
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor.
• Verify locates, materials and billings.
• Provide all required job reporting.
• Complete as-builts and redlines.
• Participate in safety, maintenance, production and personnel initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
