Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Field Service Technician to manage installations, maintenance and customer support for a range of equipment across diverse environments. The role requires 75% travel and will be based out of Spokane Valley, WA, with work in multiple locations.

You will train customer employees in operation and maintenance procedures, troubleshoot PLCs and related systems, and identify opportunities to improve products while enhancing customer value and the company’s reputation.

Job Description

As a Field Service Technician, you will provide professional project management, equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support services for a complete range of products. The role requires excellent technical, customer service, and communication skills, as you will also be responsible for training customer employees in fundamental operation and maintenance procedures. You will actively seek opportunities to improve company products, generate revenue, and enhance customer value while maintaining the company’s reputation.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects professionally and efficiently.
• Install and maintain a diverse range of equipment, including conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and PLCs.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide customer support services.

Essential Skills

• Ability to read ladder logic for troubleshooting purposes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $92000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
