Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Experience with food processing or packaging machinery is a plus.
• Customer-facing role and travel up to 60–80% within the region.

Responsibilities

• Install new packaging and processing machinery and perform routine maintenance and on-site repairs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Travel 60-80% to visit food production facilities and support customers.
• Train customers in preventive maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Support new projects to install or improve safety and performance of equipment.
• Enter the Reiser FIRST program for extensive product training.
