Job summary

You will apply electro-mechanical expertise, read diagrams, and train customers in preventive maintenance while supporting new projects to improve safety and performance. Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.
• Food processing or packaging machinery experience is a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable with 60-80% travel during the week.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Enter the FIRST program for extensive training on flagship product lines.
• Install new packaging and processing machinery and perform routine maintenance and on-site repairs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues by applying mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems knowledge.
• Travel 60-80% within the southeast to visit food production facilities and optimize equipment.
• Train customers in preventive maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Participate in new projects to install or improve safety and performance of equipment.
