Job summary

Sora Resource Group is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel to customer sites for commissioning, integration, and issue resolution. The role requires 90–100% travel and living within 50 miles of a major airport. The position offers hourly pay between $30 and $40 and comprehensive benefits.

Primary responsibilities include installing equipment, servicing customer systems, documenting work, and maintaining safety standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to document work thoroughly.
• Able to travel 90-100% and work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Support sales staff in servicing company equipment.
• Install new equipment at customer sites.
• Provide solutions for service of equipment at customer sites.
• Document all service performed and future service needs.
• Maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate company software capabilities to customers.
• Prepare timesheets, service reports, and installation forms promptly.
• Track expenses and submit expense reports timely.
• Maintain OSHA/MIOSHA compliant safety practices.
• Communicate with other departments as necessary.
• Work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Be a strong team player and manage time well.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
