Job summary

Top Echelon LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician in Orlando, FL to travel to customer sites for commissioning, integration, and problem solving. The role requires 90-100% travel and living within 50 miles of a major airport.

Hourly pay ranges from $30.00 to $40.00, with overtime and comprehensive benefits described below. The technician will install equipment, service devices at customer sites, document work performed, and maintain strong customer relationships while complying with

Qualifications

Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must live within 50 miles of a major airport.
90-100% travel required to customer sites.
Experience with service of industrial equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supporting the sales staff in servicing company equipment.
Installing new equipment at customer sites.
Providing solutions for service of equipment for customers at the customer site.
Carefully and accurately documenting all service performed and future needs.
Maintaining excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Demonstrating applicable software capabilities to customers.
Preparing timesheets, service reports and installation forms.
Accurately tracking expenses and completing expense reports.
Maintaining a safe work environment and OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines.
Communicating with other departments as necessary.
Overtime as required by workload and customer needs.
Other duties as assigned by management.
