Job summary

ProSearch Recruiting Partners, an independent MRINetwork franchise, seeks a Field Service Technician to travel to customer sites for commissioning, integration, and solving technical issues on CNC machinery and automation systems.

Person must reside within 50 miles of a major airport with 90–100% travel, overtime available, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, disability coverage, 10 paid holidays, and PTO (15 days to start).

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Ability to document service actions and future needs clearly.
• Strong customer service focus and communication.

Responsibilities

• Support sales by servicing equipment.
• Install new equipment at customer sites.
• Provide on-site solutions and troubleshooting.
• Document service performed and future requirements.
• Maintain OSHA/MIOSHA compliant work environment.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed.
